If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, there is no charge and your deposit will be refunded. If you do not cancel in time or in case of no show the deposit will not be refunded.
To cancel or change your reservation you need to send an email to info@samarahostelcr.com, mentioning your name, arrival date and reservation number. Only when you receive a confirmation email from the hostel, the cancellation or amendment is valid
Please note that for the GOLD SEASON, the deposit not will be refunded and you must to pay the full balance at least 30 days before your arrival.
Hostel Sámara reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the payment hasn’t been done on the agreed upon date.
